Can I request a specific delivery time for my order?Updated 2 months ago

While we understand the importance of timely deliveries—especially to places of business—we’re unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. Delivery windows may vary depending on the arrangement, location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time. If you’re sending to a business, most locations have protocols in place to safely store packages that arrive after business hours, ensuring they reach the intended recipient.

We recommend monitoring your tracking link closely and, if needed, informing the recipient or business ahead of time.
