We’re unable to cancel orders once they've been submitted as orders are transmitted to our floral designers immediately. Venus ET Fleur will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information. Please be sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order.
