What should I do if my order arrives damaged or has missing items?Updated 3 months ago

We take the utmost care to ensure that your bespoke arrangement is packed safely and securely; however, if there are any issues regarding your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via Contact Form or by emailing [email protected] with the following information so that we may assist you quickly and efficiently: 

  • For damaged items and quality issues: please provide us with detailed photos, we request 2-3 of the product(s) 

  • For missing/incorrect items: please provide us with detailed photos of how the order was received and the shipping box with the label and all products 

Photos allow us to share your feedback directly with our Fulfillment or Product Teams and carriers to investigate further or prevent this from happening in the future. Please be sure to include your Order Number with your message.
